ChatOrder lets your customers order and pay on WhatsApp. An AI assistant works from your menu, takes the order and sends a secure payment link, and every order lands on your dashboard. Customers download nothing, and you pay no commission on your sales.
How does WhatsApp ordering work?
A customer scans your QR code or messages your WhatsApp number. The assistant shows the menu, takes their choices, confirms the basket and sends a payment link. Once they pay, the order appears on your orders screen and the customer gets status updates on WhatsApp.
Do I need a website?
No. Customers order inside WhatsApp. ChatOrder also gives you a public menu page with an “Order on WhatsApp” button, which you can link to from Instagram, Google or your own site if you have one.
How do I add my restaurant menu?
In the Menu section of your dashboard. Add categories and dishes with prices, descriptions, photos and options such as spice level or size. Mark a dish as unavailable and the assistant stops offering it.
Is there a free plan?
There is no monthly plan to pay for at all. Your first 10 orders are free, with no card to enter. After that you pay only for completed orders.
What does ChatOrder charge per order?
Between 30p and 99p per completed order, depending on the order value, and never more than 99p. On a £25 order it is 40p. No monthly fee and no percentage. If you take no orders, you pay nothing.
